Ingredients:
- Lemon slices
- 1 Tablespoon tomato sauce
- 8 Half-quail pieces garnished with white oil, salt, garlic, vinegar
Instructions:

Ingredients:
- 2 cup Basmati rice
- 1 tablespoon kabsa spices
- 1 tablespoon kabsa spices
Instructions:
- Heat oil and quail in cooker.
- Add dried lemon, cardamom, and cloves. Stir and add carrots, and keep stirring. Add raisins, turmeric, spices, chicken broth, water, and salt.

Instructions:
- Add all ingredients (except quail eggs and avocado) in a bowl and mix.

Instructions:
- Mix all ingredients.
- Soak quail (after washing) in mixture for six hours.
- Drain quail and cover in flour.

- ½ Cup vegetable oil
- 3 Tablespoons mustard
- ½ Cup soya sauce
Instructions:
- Mix garlic, ginger, soya, mustard, oil, sesame oil, and white pepper until cohesion is achieved.
- Soak quail in about half the mixture prepared.

Instructions:
