Quail Egg Appetizer

Ingredients

  • 8 Poached quail eggs
  • Pita bread
    Salsa Ingredients:
    • Fresh zaa’tar
    • Dried tomatoes
    • Cubed tomatoesl
    • Bell pepper
    • Diced onions

Instructions

  • Slice the quail eggs in half.
  • Place them and the sauce on top of the pita bread.
  • Add dried tomatoes and za’atar leaves.
  • Serve with sour cream.

You can add pesto sauce and basil leaves as topping.
