Broasted Quail

Ingredients

  • 6 cut quail
  • Black pepper
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • ¼ cup white vinegar
  • 5 pieces cardamom
  • Salt, to taste
  • Lemon slices

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients.
  • Soak quail (after washing) in mixture for six hours.
  • Drain quail and cover in flour.
  • Heat oil at 180 degrees.
  • Fry quail until golden
  • Ready to serve.

Before coating the Quails: a) Immerse in ice-cold water and then coat it with flour. b) You can add different spices to the flour, such as black pepper, powdered garlic, white pepper and powdered ginger.
