Ingredients
- 2 Cup sweet and sour sauce
- 30g Starch
- 2 Eggs
- White pepper
- Salt
- 500g Sliced quail breast

Sauce Ingredients:
- ½ Cup vegetable oil
- ½ Cup soya sauce
- 1 Spoon grated ginger
- 1 Spoon grated thyme
- 3 Sliced red & green pepper
- 2 Sliced onions
Instructions
- Spice-up the quail with white pepper and starch
- Then carefully meld it with eggs.
- Fry until it’s golden.
- To prepare the sauce, heat the oil and add onion until it heats.
- Add garlic, ginger, and toss for a minute.
- Add pepper, and toss.
- Add fried quail and toss.
- Add sweet and sour sauce, then soya sauce, salt, and white pepper.
- Let it cook for five minutes.
- Serve with noodles and white rice.
Served with vegetable rice and you can add a vegetable salsa using quail broth.
