- 8 Poached quail eggs
- Pita bread
Salsa Ingredients:
- Fresh zaa’tar
- Dried tomatoes
- Cubed tomatoesl
- Bell pepper
- Diced onions
Instructions
- Slice the quail eggs in half.
- Place them and the sauce on top of the pita bread.
- Add dried tomatoes and za’atar leaves.
- Serve with sour cream.
You can add pesto sauce and basil leaves as topping.
