Ingredients
- 6 cut quail
- Black pepper
- 2 garlic cloves
- ¼ cup white vinegar
- 5 pieces cardamom
- Salt, to taste
- Lemon slices
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients.
- Soak quail (after washing) in mixture for six hours.
- Drain quail and cover in flour.
- Heat oil at 180 degrees.
- Fry quail until golden
- Ready to serve.
Before coating the Quails: a) Immerse in ice-cold water and then coat it with flour. b) You can add different spices to the flour, such as black pepper, powdered garlic, white pepper and powdered ginger.
