Ingredients
- ½ Cup vegetable oil
- 3 Tablespoons mustard
- ½ Cup soya sauce
- 1 Teaspoon mashed ginger
- 1 Teaspoon mashed garlic
- 1 Small cup sesame
- 200g Grinded Corn Flakes
- White pepper
- Salt
- 2 Spoons sesame oil
- 800g Sliced quail breast
Instructions
- Mix garlic, ginger, soya, mustard, oil, sesame oil and white pepper
until cohesion is achieved. - Soak quail in about half the mixture prepared.
- Use the other half as a sauce.
- Mix the Corn Flakes and sesame; rub on quail and leave for two hours.
- Fry until crispy.
- Serve with sauce.
Sauce
ingredients:
1 spoon mustard, 1 spoon Soya, pinch of ginger and a teaspoon of sesame oil, half cup water. Mix and serve.
