Ingredients
- Grated garlic
- Vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon white pepper
- Salt
- Lemon slices
- 1 teaspoon tomato sauce
- 1 tablespoon paprika paste
- ½ cup cardamom seeds
- ½ kg quail breasts (boneless, skinless)
Instructions
- Cut the quail into cubes.
- Mix dressing and then soak quail in it for two hours.
- Add to 180 degree pre-heated oven for 15 minutes.
- Serve with French fries and mayonnaise.
Use cooled quail broth while cooking.
