Quail Shish Tawook

Ingredients

  • Grated garlic
  • Vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon white pepper
  • Salt
  • Lemon slices
  • 1 teaspoon tomato sauce
  • 1 tablespoon paprika paste
  • ½ cup cardamom seeds
  • ½ kg quail breasts (boneless, skinless)

Instructions

  • Cut the quail into cubes.
  • Mix dressing and then soak quail in it for two hours.
  • Add to 180 degree pre-heated oven for 15 minutes.
  • Serve with French fries and mayonnaise.

Use cooled quail broth while cooking.
