Quail Egg Appetizer

Ingredients:
  • 8 Poached quail eggs
  • Pita bread
Instructions:
  • Slice the quail eggs in half.
  • Place them and the sauce on top of the pita bread.
  • Add dried tomatoes and za’atar leaves.

Quail Pasta with Vegetables

Ingredients:

  • 5 Asparagus
Instructions:
  • Heat olive oil.

Ingredients:
  • 2 Cup sweet and sour sauce
  • 30g Starch
  • 2 Eggs
Instructions:
  • Spice-up the quail with white pepper and starch

Ingredients:
  • 1 Teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 Diced potatoes
Instructions:
  • Mix rice, pepper, onion, parsley, coriander, tomatoes, half the garlic, tomato sauce, and cumin; half the black pepper, half the sauce, half the oil, and mix.

Quail Shish Tawook

Ingredients:
  • Grated garlic
  • Vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon white pepper
Instructions:

  • Mix dressing and then soak quail in it for two hours.
  • Add to 180 degree pre-heated oven for 15 minutes.
